Zackary T. Cheramie

Zackary “Zack Attack” T. Cheramie, 17, a native and resident of Galliano passed away on January 21, 2019.

A visitation will be held Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 8:00 am until service time. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am in the funeral parlor with funeral procession following to burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Mr. Zackary is survived by his mother; Marie Kiger Cheramie (comp. Anthony Bruce), father; Lance Cheramie (comp. Heather Barthelemy), brothers; Kody Cheramie and Kanaan Kiger, sisters; Mackenzee Cheramie and Delilah Barthelemy, grandmother; Michelle Kiger, grandfathers; Joseph Pitre and Irvin Barthelemy, Jr., godmothers; Ashlee Castagnetta and Jami “JJ” Castagnetta (girlfriend Zonya), aunt; Ella Kiger, godfathers; Joshua Kiger, girlfriend; Kylie Leblanc, and many cousins.

Mr. Cheramie is joined in death by his cousin Trisha Barthelemy, uncle; Michael Barthelemy, and was preceded in death by his grandfathers; Tilton Borne and Curtis Kiger, grandmother; Vickie Pitre and Patricia “Trish” Barthelemy, nanny; Shantelle Hancock.

Zack Attack always knew how to make people smile and was one of a kind. He loved to cook, play sports and was very family oriented. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Fly high son, always missed and never forgotten.
