Wilson J. Aucoin, 73, a native of Lake Charles and resident of Lockport, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016.
Visitation will be held at Holy Savior Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 19 from 9:00 am until 12 noon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church starting at noon with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
Wilson is survived by his son, Bryan Aucoin (Kelly); daughters, Patricia Curole (Freddie), Sharon Terrebonne (Lanny); 8 grandchildren, Jessica Aucoin (Kim), Ashley Aucoin, Austin Aucoin, Alexis Richoux, Alyssa Richoux, Michael Aucoin, Drew Terrebonne, Kori Terrebonne; brothers-in-law, Douglas Courville, Arnold Theriot; sister-in-law, Marie Aucoin and canine companion, Putzy Poo "Holly".
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Martin Aucoin; father, Eddie Jean Aucoin; mother, Louisiana Higginbotham Aucoin; brothers, Allen Aucoin, Joseph B. Aucoin, Leslie Aucoin; sisters, Clarice Theriot, Alida Courville, Taah Mott and Mary Jane Aucoin.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
