Wilma P. Pitre

Wilma P. Pitre, 92, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. She was a native and resident of Cut Off, LA.
She is survived by her husband of 75 years, Lawson “Scott” Pitre; children, Laura (Johnny) Bourgeois and Ned Pitre; grandchildren, Barry John (Tracy) Bourgeois and Laurie Lynn (Karl) Doucet and great grandchildren, Allie (Justin) Segura, John Bourgeois, Alex Bourgeois, Austin (Camille) Doucet and nieces and nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eustache and Marie Pitre and brother, Whitney Pitre.
Wilma dedicated 20 years of service to Citizens Bank. She loved going to the casino, preparing throws for Mardi Gras, listening to books on tape and learning about her family’s genealogy. She loved and took great pride in her family and was truly cherished in return by her loved ones. Per Wilma’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. She will be greatly missed.
