Willis A. Orgeron, 85, a native and resident of Gheens, LA, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
Visitation will be from 8:30 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gheens, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Scott Orgeron (Shelley) and Brent Orgeron (Ronda); daughter, Pam Hamby (Michael); brother, Dickie Orgeron; sisters, Beverly Dufrene, Linda Dempster, Carolyn Orgeron and Julie Matherne; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharia Dufrene Orgeron; parents, Harris and Nazy Plaisance Orgeron and brothers, Jerry Orgeron, White Orgeron and Roland Orgeron.
Willis enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
