He was a Navy veteran of WWII, member of the Masonic Lodge, and the Shriner Club.

As an LSU graduate, Dub landed a dream job managing Delta Farms. He was embraced by the people of the area and felt humbled. Many mornings the problems of the world were solved at the round table of the Dew Drop Inn where he and many friends had coffee. He brought his kids to a few and they were treated to a coke. He loved being a cattleman, playing 18 holes of golf, traveling, and anything LSU. His family was his favorite pastime. He loved family get-togethers, talking about sports and what’s for supper.

We would like to thank family and friends that visited, Home Instead, Caregivers Rhonda Breaux and Cheryl Chaisson and Hospice of South Louisiana.
