Warren "Buddy" Ford, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Oschner Hospital in Jefferson. Born in Luling, Louisiana, the son of Patrick and Nettie Ford. Husband of Carole Eliser Ford. Father of Lesli Ford Boles (Andy), Kelly Ford, and the late Troy Ford. Grandfather of Hayley and Noah Boles and Breanna Ford. Brother of the late Patsy Faucheaux (Clay), Mona Eusea (Beano), Beryl Trepina (Larry), Diane North (Barry), Pat Ford, Jr. Half-brothers James, John and Michael Ford.
Warren attained the rank of SP4 in the United States Army and was discharged on February 28, 1965. He began his employment with Shell Oil Company but ended as a retiree of Monsanto Chemical Co.
He was faithful, lifelong parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling. The public is invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 3, 2016. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until mass time, with burial to follow at St. Charles Mausoleum.
