Walter "Popeye" Comardelle

Walter “Popeye” Comardelle, 88, a native and resident of Des Allemands, LA, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023.
Visitation will be from 8:30 am until 11:00 am on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA. Memorial services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Des Allemands, LA.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Loupe Comardelle; children, Natalie Folse, Rory Comardelle (Roxanne), Bridget Folse and Monte Comardelle; sisters, Era Jane Toney and Genevieve Frickey; grandchildren, Brooke, C.J., Trey, Ryan, Alex, Sean, Lindsie, Faron, Allyson and 20 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Vivian Matherne Comardelle; brother, Murphy Comardelle, Sr. and sisters, Jackie Cheramie and JoAnn Rogers.
