Virginia Rebstock Loupe, 84, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Larose passed away Friday, November 29, 2013. The Funeral Service will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Thursday, December 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pastor Bill Jemison will be officiating, with Burial following at Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery in Larose.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Albert Loupe, her sons Vern Loupe and wife Mary, their son Jared; Myron Loupe and wife Debbie, their children, Brian and Shana; her daughters, Cindy L. Schexnayder and husband Farrell; Lisa L. Plaisance and husband Robby, their children Gregory & Brooke; and Kandra L. Ledet and husband Rudy, their children Miranda, Maria and Trace. Along with 2great grandchildren Riley & Kyle Loupe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bussie & Avelia Rebstock, brother Roger "Jay" Rebstock, her in laws Edward Loupe, Sr. & Amelia Loupe, one brother in law Edward Loupe, Jr. and on e sister in law Lou Emma Matherne.
The Family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice, her special caregivers Carolyn Chabert and Roseann Guidry and all her family & friends who visited during her illness.
She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and tending her flower garden.
