Vernon "Butch" Comardelle

Vernon “Butch” Comardelle, 80, a native and resident of Des Allemands, LA, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at First Baptist Church Annex, 17022 U.S. Highway 90. Religious services will be celebrated at 1:00 pm with burial to follow in Des Allemands Mennonite Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Judith C. Comardelle; sons, Kelly Comardelle (Carol-Anne), Keith P. Comardelle (Inga) and Kevin J. Comardelle (Jennifer); grandchildren, Hailey and Emily and great grandson, Grafton.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristi Comardelle; parents, Roger and Walterine D. Comardelle and brother, Gary Comardelle.

Butch was a U.S. Army Vietnam Conflict veteran and a member of the VFW. He was an avid Hot Rod enthusiast and built several cars.

In lieu of flowers donations to VFW Post 3750 in Butch’s name is preferred.
