Verna M. Theriot, 91, a native and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, March 19, 2018 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm Monday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Aubrey Theriot; daughter, Gail Billiot; son, Roddy Theriot (Dawn); brothers, Clarence Jr., Francis and Robert Matherne; sister, Bernice Falgout; grandchildren, Troy, Ali Ann, Simon, Breez, Brooks, Steven and Michael and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Theriot; grandson, Philip; parents, Clarence Sr. and Cecile Matherne; brothers, Jake, Kerlin, Jerry and Billy Matherne and sister, Betty Zeringue.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
