Vera Fesi Cole

Vera Mae Fesi Cole, age 92, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 7:20 a.m. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Bernadette Catholic Church on Friday, February 10, 2023 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held in Terrebonne Memorial Park in Houma.

Vera is survived by her son, Timothy “Jay” Cole and wife, Diana; daughters, Robin C. Henderson and husband, Anthony, Colleen C. Marmillion and husband, Steve, and Lorrie C. Braus and husband, Ellis; sister, Jacklyn F. Malbrough; grandchildren, Aimee’ B. Arceneaux and husband, Blake, Nicole M. Smith and husband, Brian, Abby B. Cefalu and husband, William Jr., Symone Marmillion and fiancé, Conner Fiasco, Anne-Marie Cole, Elaina Cole and fiancé, Eric Van Scoik, and Hannah Cole; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Vera was preceded in death by husband of 58 years, Gale C. Cole; parents, Joseph C. and Concetta C. Cangelosi Fesi; brother, Carmel J. Fesi; sister, Florence “Rita” Fesi.

Vera was parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She was a member of the Altar Society and Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed bowling, cooking Italian food, and spending time with her family. Special thanks to her sitters and caretakers for their love and care.
