Toni LeCompte Hebert

   It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Toni Ann LeCompte Hebert, age 66. She passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 3:06 a.m. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

   Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Houma on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in St. Francis de Sales #2 Cemetery.

   Toni is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gordon Louis Hebert; sons, Jeremy L. Hebert and companion, Katie Positerry, Kenneth M. Hebert and wife, April Voisin Hebert, and Mark A. Hebert and companion, Heather L. Hendrix; brother, Scott LeCompte and wife, Laura B. LeCompte; grandchildren, Austin L. Hebert, Zachary M. Hebert, Olivia M. Hebert, and Levi M. Hebert. 

  Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Joseph LeCompte and Carolyn Ann Bergeron LeCompte; and sister, Terry L. Fincher.

  Toni blessed our lives with joy, laughter, and unconditional love. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, her unwavering support meant the world to us and will be greatly missed. Toni was the owner/operator of Gorco, Inc. – Houma, LA. She had a strong belief in Jesus Christ our Savior who blessed her with a determined and passionate spirit. A spirit rich in talent and creativity which reflected in her arts and crafts, sewing and scrapbooking hobbies. She enjoyed trips to Joann’s Fabrics and also loved staying at the family camp in Dularge, where she would fish and crab. Above all, the time spent with family and watching her grandchildren made her the happiest of all.
