Tina Marie Dantin Richard, 56, a native of Houma and resident of St. Charles community, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2012.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 9 AM until service time at St. Mary Catholic Church in Raceland. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM at St. Mary with burial to follow in the St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland.
She is survived by her loving husband, James "Jimmy" Richard; mother, Alma Fanguy Dantin; son, Shawn Paul Richard; four sisters, Darlene Ledet and husband Terry Ledet, Debra Folse and husband James Folse, Rhonda Zeringue and husband Paul Zeringue, and Justine Holden and husband Eric Holden; three brothers, Alvin Dantin III and wife Stacey Dantin, Christopher Dantin and wife Cheryl Dantin, and Keith Dantin, and twin granddaughters, Carlie Renee Richard and Kaitlyn Marie Richard.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Dantin, Jr. and son, James "JJ" Richard, Jr.
She was a member of Woodmen of the World Lodge 664.
She enjoyed spending quality time with children and grandchildren.
