Timothy "Tim" Walker

Timothy “Tim” J. Walker, 73, a native and resident of Lockport, La. passed away on Monday, May 09, 2022 with his loving family near his side.
Visitation will be at The Little Church at Holy Savior in Lockport, La. on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 9:00am until service time. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 11:00am with cremation to follow.
Tim is survived by his loving wife of 40 years; Shirley Danos Walker, children; Troy (Stephanie) Sampey, Tait (Jenny) Sampey and Ty (Tiffany) Sampey, grandchildren; Brock Sampey, Brooke (Austin) Travis, Madison Sampey, Baylon Sampey, Trittnie Sampey and Trey Sampey, great-grandchildren; Hayzlee and Emoree Travis and a great grandchild on the way; Charlee Travis, mother-in-law; Della Mae Cheramie Danos.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents; George J. and Beulah Mayet Walker, father-in-law; Albert Danos.
Tim was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Tim loved to fish, He was the founder of The Cajun Hawg Hunter Bass Club.
Tim retired from Lafourche Parish School after being employed for more than 20 years.
