Timothy Paul "Tim" Voisin, 71, a native of Houma and a resident of Baldwin, passed away at 11:56 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, in New Iberia.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 in Houma.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Landry Voisin; son, Derek and wife, Karen Voisin; daughter, Stacy V. Bourgeois and fiance, Glenn Lorio; stepdaughters, Leisha and husband, Toby Collins, Danielle Hebert, and Kim and husband, Steve Detiveaux; brother, Theodore "Teddy" Voisin; two sisters, Debbie Voisin-Hepler and Trudy Hebert; three grandchildren, Lauren and Kyle Voisin and Gregory Bourgeois; seven step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Giroir; his parents, Linwood and Winona Marie Voisin; and one brother, Michael "Mickey" Voisin.
He was a former parishioner of St. Louis Church and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He loved reading, going to the casino, driving the casino bus and being with family and friends.
