Tilman Joseph Gros, Sr.

Tilman Joseph Gros Sr., 90, a native and resident of Larose, LA, born on April 14, 1934 and died on October 27, 2024.

Services are to be held at a later date.

He is survived by his brother, Herb Gros Sr. (wife Sydney); his grandchildren, Gregory Gros, Zachary Gros, Maxwell Gros and Amelia Gros. He is also survived by his godchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by parents, Felix and Lucille Badeaux Gros; wife, Beatrice Callais Gros; sons, Michael, Randell, James, Gregory, Louie and Tilman “TJ”Gros Jr.; brother, Ervin Gros and sisters, Lois Vedros and Annabell Galliano.

Tilman was a proud Army veteran. He was a devoted family man who had a deep love for the Lord. He spent his whole life helping and giving to others, He was a respected member of the community.
