Theodore "Ted" Pemberton

Theodore “Ted” Pemberton, 78, a native of Dayton, OH and a resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at St. Mary Community Center, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Elizabeth “Liz” Pemberton; sons, Daniel Pemberton and Christopher Pemberton; daughter, Amber Hebert (Jason); brother, Dave Pemberton; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sally Pemberton; brothers, Billy and Bobby and sister, Barbara.

Ted was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran and Purple Heart recipient. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He enjoyed golfing.
