Terry J. "T-Bab" Babin, 49, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home. Visitation will also be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Raceland, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Tena A. Babin; his parents, Alcide and Hazel Trosclair Babin; one son, Rocoe Babin and wife, Angel; one brother, Kenneth Babin; one sister, Debra Hernandez; and one grandchild, Hayden Babin.
He was a mason with Bayou Fellowship Lodge No. 484 and a Lafourche Shriner. He enjoyed fishing, camping and riding in his golf cart with his grandson.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
