Steve "Pop" Boyte, 62, a native of Oak Grove and resident of Houma died at 3:40 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013.Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel and from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Cox Funeral Home. A service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel followed by a burial in Memorial Park Cemetery in Bastrop.He is survived by his wife, Silva Best Boyte; father, C.W.
