Stella Mae Louviere, 85, a resident of Destrahan, died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Ormond Nursing Home in Destrahan.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery Mausoleum in Luling.
She is survived by two sons, Thomas Champagne and wife, Cynthia, and Gary Champagne and wife, Robin; two daughters, Sybil Champagne, and Brenda Roussel and husband, Red; and 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gillis and Lucille Matherne Louviere; three brothers, Jessie, Randolph, and Irvin Louviere; and two sisters, Virgis Ledet and Elvelina Boudreaux.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
