Stella Mae Leonard

Stella Mae Leonard, 93, a native of Larose and resident of Cut Off passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.
A visitation will take place at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Monday, March 8th, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 from 8:00 am until 10:30. Procession will follow to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off for her 11:00 am Mass with cremation following with burial at a later date.
Mrs. Stella is survived by her daughter, Mona Gisclair (Billy); grandchildren, Brad Gisclair (Derek), Wendy Welch (Robert), Jason Leonard (Christy), and Brent Leonard (Andrea); great grandchildren, Jordy (Nick), Coley, Lanie, Daunte, Brennan, Miori, Skully, Jonathan, Trent, Cade, Bree, and Bryn; and sister, Maryjane Griffin.
Mrs. Leonard was preceded in death by her husband; Clifton “Ke Ke” Leonard; daughter, Janice Arceneaux; son, Wayne ‘Ke Ke” Leonard; parents, Albert Sr. and Clophine L. Badeaux; brothers, Freddie J. “Uncle Joe”, Severin, Alphone “Jim”, Johnny, Albert Jr., and Howard Badeaux; and sisters, Flossie B. Leblanc and Eleoda Melancon.
Mrs. Stella was active in many Church actvities, groups, and clubs. She was in charge of the St. Joseph Altar for over 30 years and loved volunteering.
