Starla "Honey" Mire, 52, a native of Schriever and a resident of Houma, died at 2:28 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland.
She is survived by her husband, James Mire; two daughters, Michelle Blanchard and Jessica Boudreaux; one step-daughter, Cindy Marcel; one step-son , Steven Mire; and one brother, John Knight.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Maudine Knight.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
