Sister Marguerite Anne Champagne S.F.C.C., 88, a native of Lockport and resident of Raceland, died at 10:50 p.m. Monday, July 8, 2013.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.
She is survived by her brother, Patrick D. Champagne; and sister, Marie C. Bergeron.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Emilienne Richard Champagne; brothers, Hubert, Robert, the Rev. Rene Champagne C.P., John and Richard Champagne; and sisters, Lucille C. LeBlanc, Vivian C. Dolen, Rita C. Creswell and Helen C. Gautreaux.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
