Sidney J. Savoie, 90, a native of Larose and resident of Lockport, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Savior Catholic Church on Thursday, December 3rd at 11 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Sidney is survived by his wife of 66 years, Emelie D. Savoie; children, Deborah S. Orgeron (Kent), Myron J. Savoie, Rory A. Savoie (Karrie); 4 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild; 6 great grandchildren; 3 step-great grandchildren; 4 step-great great grandchildren; brother, Edmond Savoie Jr. and sister, Edna Ledet.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond Sr. and Annie Savoie; brothers, Albert, Shelton, Norman and Nolan Savoie; sisters, Edwina Pierce, Velma Adams and Alma Pertuit.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
