Shirley Hebert Legendre

Shirley Hebert Legendre,82, a resident of Lockport, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

Visitation will be held at Holy Savior Little Church, in Lockport, on Saturday, October 26th from 9 am until service time. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Kristin L. Sprague (James III), Jennifer S. Legendre, Amy L. Foret (Richard); 8 grandchildren, Zoe Legendre, Luke Legendre, Allison Abshire (Hayden), Jamie Sprague and James “Corb” Sprague IV, Aidan Desmarteau, Abby and Matthew Foret; brother, Clarence Hebert, Jr.; sisters, Adeline H. Rousse and Dolores H. Legendre and daughter-in-law, Dawn C. Legendre.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry D. Legendre; son, Troy D. Legendre; parents, Clarence J. Hebert, Sr. and Emelda Allemand Hebert and brother, Robert Hebert.

Shirley was a seamstress who specialized in heirloom sewing.

In lieu of flowers, Masses at Holy Savior Little Church are preferred.
