Sheila Marie Guidry Crochet, 57, a native and resident of Lockport passed away on March 7, 2017. Visitation will take place at Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport on Thursday March 9, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and at Holy Savior Catholic Church on Friday March 10, 2017 from 8:00 am until service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with burial following at St. Mary's Mausoleum in Raceland.

Ms. Sheila is survived by the father of her children and former husband, Nelson Crochet Sr.; step mother,Cecile Pellegrin Guidry; children, Jim Crochet (Jennifer), Nelson Crochet Jr. (Alexis), Hidie Dominique (Lionel Jr.), and Kimberly Loupe (Kyle); 12 grandchildren; brother, Glenn Guidry; and sisters Lynn Gregoire and Denise Guidry.

Ms. Crochet was preceded in death by her parents Hypaulite Guidry Jr. and Gail Cortez.
