Scott Salvatore' Garcie, a native and resident of Luling, passed away on June 12, 2018, age 19.
Scott was a proud graduate of the 2018 class of Hahnville High School. He loved playing soccer and was a goalie for the Hahnville Tigers Varsity Soccer team. His plans were to move to the Shreveport area to further his education and looked forward to every new chapter in his life.
Scott had an amazing resilience throughout his life and consistently displayed selflessness and unconditional love for all of his family. He will be remembered by many for his fun loving attitude and tremendous competitive spirit.
Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling, LA on Saturday, June 23rd from 8:30 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the church starting at 10:00 am.
Scott is survived by his mother, Melinda Bedi; father, Christopher Kent Garcie; step-father, Bryan Bedi; brothers, Ryan Lauman, Samuel Lauman, Matthew Bedi, Connor Garcie; sisters, Casper Lauman, Lennie Dazet, Reagan Bedi; paternal grandparents, Kent and Sheryl Garcie and Savatrese Louise Stewart and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Melvin Price and Peggy Blake.
