Sandra Kay Newton Champagne, 75, a native and resident of Luling, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Visitation will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, in Luling, on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 9:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
Sandra is survived by her children, Anthony “Tony” Champagne (Debbie), Nikki Champagne Betz (Michael), Troy Champagne (Angie); grandchildren, Christian Champagne, Kaitlyn Champagne, Charlie Betz, Aaron Betz, Emma Champagne, Claire Champagne, Vivian Champagne; great grandchild, Paul Champagne; siblings, Judith Newton, Regina Newton, Herbert David Newton III, Bertie Newton Fenn, John Newton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert David Newton Jr and Bernice McKlemurry Newton and sister, Betty Newton Cantrelle.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or Masses preferred.
