Sam John Gisclair Jr, 84, a native and resident of Galliano, LA passed away March 30, 2015. Visitation will take place on April 1, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Galliano from 9:00 am till service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with burial following in Hebert Cemetery.
Mr. Sam is survived by his sons Gerard Gisclair and Jesse Gisclair, daughter Vanessa Gisclair, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and sisters Hattie Gisclair St. Pierre and Emelda Giscalir Cheramie.
Mr. Gisclair was preceded in death by his wife Norma Pitre Gisclair, parents Sam John Gisclair Sr and Soliska C. Gisclair, son Troy Gisclair, daughter Charmaine Gisclair, grand-daughter Hayley Gisclair, brothers Valcin Gisclair and Larry Gisclair, and sisters Melva Gisclair and Mary Ann Griffin.
