Rosie Billiot Naquin, 84, a native of Pointe-aux-Chenes and resident of Montegut, died Friday, July 12, 2013.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at The Father's House Church in Pointe-aux-Chenes. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in St. Charles Borromeo Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Freddie Naquin; sons, Louis, Roy (Elaine), Alton Naquin, Henry (Earline), Wilbert (Donna), Wilson, Paul, and Roddy (Jeri) Naquin; daughters, Adeline LeBoeuf, Ezola (Chris) Lirette, Adele Naquin, Ezoline Naquin, and Annadele (Aaron) Verdin; sister, Marteli Naquin; 52 grandchildren; 103 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Louisa Billiot; son, Peter Naquin; brothers, Wilbert and Wilson Billiot; and sister, Annie Billiot.
Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
