Rose Thibodaux Rousse, 84, a resident of Galliano, passed away on, March 7, 2017.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galliano, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Ted Rousse (Celena); daughter, Meryl Duet (Bob); daughter-in-law, Trudy Rousse; grandchildren, Mark Rousse (Katie), Blair Cheramie (Kenny), Kristin LeBlanc (Jack), Myles Rousse (Lauren), Arthur Rousse (Amanda), Kristopher Rousse (Kaylee); great grandchildren, Xavier, Trason, Layla, Max, Lillian, Kenzie, Madelyn and Aria.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Menton Rousse; son, Myron Rousse; parents, John and Rita Thibodaux; brothers, Ambrose and Ulysses Thibodaux; sisters, Elma Plaisance, Earline Champagne and granddaughter-in-law, Shauna Rousse.
