Ronald Joseph Sherman

Ronald “Rock” Sherman, 78, a native of Galliano, LA and a resident of Cut Off, LA, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Paula Curole Sherman; son, Grady Rock Sherman (Julie) and daughter, Abby Sherman Thompson (Bobby); grandchildren, Trevis (Jasmine), Gavin, Mikaela, Mackenzy and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Mary Guidry Sherman; in-laws, Paul and Lillian Callais Curole and brother, Brad Sherman.
Rock enjoyed sports and going to the casino. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
