Roland A. Orgeron, 90, a native of Lockport and resident of Larose, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022.
Visitation will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Thursday, June 16th from 9 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Roland is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margie C. Orgeron; daughter, Carrie O. Thompson (Terry); son, Eric J. Orgeron (Lara); 6 grandchildren, Jacob Vega, Craig Delgrandile (Heather), Amy Guidry, Colby Orgeron, Luke and Nathan Cressionie; 4 great-grandchildren, Kamryn, McKenna and Rilyn Delgrandile and Addison Guidry.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Esnair and Loredia Orgeron; daughter, Wendy Orgeron; brothers, E.J. Orgeron Jr., Ernest Orgeron, Eugene Orgeron and sisters, Eula Blanchard and Beulah Griffin.
In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred.
