Rocky "Roco" Philip Danos Sr., a native of Cut Off and resident of Galliano, died Oct. 23, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. Mass will be held at noon Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of eight years, Chantel Naquin Danos; his parents, Ricky Philip Danos and Marion Cheramie Danos; two children, Bailey Renee Danos and Rocky Philip Danos Jr.; his grandfather, Norris Cheramie; his grandmother, Jeanette Vizier Danos; and one sister, Shawn Nicole Danos.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gillis Danos; his grandmother, Ethel Mae Cheramie; his godmother, Gail Ann Cheramie; and one sister, Shawna Gail Danos.
He passed away in his sleep, and will be sadly missed by numerous family, friends and relatives.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
