Robert "Bobbie" Breaux, 85, a native of Raceland and a resident of Thibodaux, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, December 11, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Monday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Richard "Dickie" Breaux (Wanda), William "Billy" Breaux (Roylene), Chris Breaux (Mary Lynn), John Breaux (Tina) and Craig Breaux; daughters, Mary Lou Carbo (Eric) and Jennifer Breaux (Rhonda); 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and companion, June Shaw and her extended family who he loved as his own.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Mamie Breaux; daughter-in-law, Carla Breaux; brothers, Ewell, Lionel, Clifford and Warren Breaux and sister, Murial Wiemer.
Bobbie was an avid fisherman who loved food and eating out.
