Robert Gerald Crochet Billiot, 52, a native of Raceland and a resident of Houma, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm on Friday, January 25, 2019 until 11:00 am on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at First Assembly of God Church, Raceland, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Jean Billiot; daughter, Amelia Ann Billiot (Fiance, Byron Vegas); sons, Christopher Oglesby (Robin) and Issac Kendrick; mother, Carmelite “Josephine” Babin, step-father, Robert Joseph Babin; step-mother, Gloria Crochet; brothers, Elvis Peter Babin; half-brother, Robin Crochet; sisters, Kathleen AnnaLee Verner, step-sisters, Betty Carbo, Robin Quatrevingt-Sanchez; 5 grandchildren, Jasper Dardar, Colt and Wolf Vegas, Kylah and Ava Oglesby.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Gerald Crochet.
Robert was employed as a welder at Bollinger Shipyards and a former employee of Avondale Shipyard. He was a loving husband, father, son and paw paw.
Pallbearers will be Lorenzo, Elvis, Christopher, Issac, Byron, Johnny, Timmy and Braden.
