Richard Paul Peltier, 73, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died at 8:25 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014.Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Falgout Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin.
