Rhonda "L-E Mae" Roddy

Rhonda “L-E-Mae” Hoogeveen Roddy, 62 went to meet her Lord and Savior on January 26, 2024 with her family near her side. She was a native and resident of Raceland.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church from 9:00am until funeral time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with burial in the church cemetery.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, Sidney A. Roddy, Jr.; father, Frank Hoogeveen, Jr.; brother, Frank Hoogeveen, III.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her mother, Kate P. Hoogeveen and sister, Melanie B. Hoogeveen.
Rhonda was nick named “L-E-Mae” because she wanted to save all the animals just like L-E-Mae Clampet. She was employed by Seleca for 36 ½
Years.
One of her last request was for no one to wear red or wear red lipstick.
