Rhonda Leblanc Luent

Rhonda Mae Luent, 67, a native of New Iberia, LA and a resident of Grand Isle, LA passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022.
A gathering to celebrate her life will be from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 241 West 221st St., Golden Meadow, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Leo Luent; children, Robert (Ann) Luent, Donovan (Monique) Luent, Eve (Josh) McElveen, Ricky (Elizabeth) Luent; grandchildren, Robert Jr., Zack, Elizabeth, Donovan Jr., Brock, Johannah, Blane, Paige, Dillon, Hunter, Sean, Riddick, Silas and Caleb; also 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Antoine Jr., John and Michael Leblanc and sister, Patricia Besson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Antoine Sr. and Rosine Leblanc; sisters, Rosalie Gary, Theresa Leblanc and Lori Santiny; brother, Tony Leblanc; 2 great grandbabies, Robin McElveen and Marcella Metzel.
Rhonda was a special lady with a huge heart. She left her mark on everyone she met. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, playing cards, laughing and joking around. Her favorite song was “Big Blue Diamond”. She was one of a kind and will be missed by all.
