Rene M. Maisog, 78, a native of Manila, Philippines and resident of Houma, died at 5:28 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2011.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Annunziata Catholic Church. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
He is survived by two sons, Rex Maisog and wife, Josie, and Roy Maisog and wife, Debbie; one daughter, Riza Ritter; one sister, Norma Boudreaux; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Domingo Maisog; his parents, Pablo and Librada Maisog; and one brother, Rudy Maisog.
He was a parishioner of Annunzaia Catholic Church.
