Rena Trevathan

Rena Picou Trevathan, 84, a native of Houma and resident of Mandeville, died at 9:51 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2011.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Monday at the funeral home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Please call funeral home for service times at 876-5442.

She is survived by two sons, Earl A. Lirette Jr. and Jesse Manuel Trevathan Jr.; three daughters, Kim and husband, Mark Daigle, Kay Trevathan, and Lorena and husband, Dr. Joseph Juracovich; one brother, Paul Picou; seven grandchildren, Earl A. Lirette III, Erin A. Lirette, Engrid A. Lirette, Kenrick J. Kurtz Jr., Jake Daigle, Lauren A. Daigle Camp and Parker Daigle; and three great-grandchildren, Catherine J. Pintuck, Alexis B. Barlow and Austin C. Barlow.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Trevathan Sr.; her parents, Paul and Lorena Authement Picou; and two brothers, Melvin and Bill Picou.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
