Rena T. Cheramie, 88, a native and resident of Cut Of, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
Visitation will be from 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 4:00 pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Mike Cheramie (Robin); daughter, Janice C. Rousse; grandchildren, Brandy, Jamie, Amy, Ridge, Trevor and Traylyn; 20 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Vincy Cheramie; second husband, Gustave Cheramie; son-in-law, Louis “Pokey” Rousse, Jr.; parents, Medrick and Richess P. Theriot; brother, Stephen Theriot and one great grandchild.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
