Rebecca Ann Cheramie

Rebecca Ann Cheramie, 59, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, LA, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Golden Meadow, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Ryan Cheramie; daughters, Doramae Cheramie and Leonise “Leigh” Cheramie; grandchildren, Mia Dedon and Grady Dedon; mother, Doramae Rebstock; brothers, Todd Cheramie, Roy Cheramie (Stacy), Jonathan Naquin and Norman “Joey” Naquin, Jr. (Tammy); sisters, Debbie Pellegrin (Daniel), Lisa Lee, Melissa Potts (Mark Sr.), Loretta Dardar (Jimmy), Leonore Turner (Kahlil) and Hallie Avery (James) and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Cheramie and step father, George Rebstock, Jr.
Rebecca enjoyed watching movies and TV shows, cooking, listening to old music, crocheting, dancing and going to garage sales and thrifting. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
