Rea Plaisance Muller, 87, a native of Larose and resident of Luling, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, in Luling, on Monday, March 20th from 9 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 am with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
Rea is survived by her children, Randall Muller, Gary Muller (Ronda), Rhonda Muller Strother (Philip), Paul Muller (Vicky) and Jerry J. Muller Jr. (Kara); grandchildren, Randall Muller Jr. (Karen), Mallory Muller, Amanda Muller, Matthew Muller, Jenni Strother, Carson Muller (Zachary) and Emersyn Muller; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Francis Stevens and Winnie Comardelle.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Joseph Muller Sr.; parents, Emile and Aleda Plaisance; brothers, Warren, Edwin, O’Neil, Frank and Emile Jr. and sisters, Gonette LeBoeuf, Margie Landeche and Eugenie “Jennie” Defelice.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Carpenter House, Angie Hood and other caregivers of Ms. Rea for their care and compassion.
