Ray Charles Malbrough, 71, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Raceland, died at 1:33 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Sue Malbrough; sons, Troy (Julie) Malbrough, Shawn (Ami) Malbrough, and John (Melinda) Hunkler ; daughters, Donnell (Ed) Bruce, Angela Hunkler, Merrilee Paul and Jessica Paul; sisters, Ethyl Farrae, Anita Malbrough, and Marlene Folse; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theophile Philip Malbrough and Hazel Savoie Malbrough; brothers, Ralph and Melvin Malbrough; and sister, Barbara Lee.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
