Ralph "Buster" Grady Fagan Jr.

Ralph “Buster” Grady Fagan, Jr., 61, a native of Larose and resident of Thibodaux passed away on April 15th, 2022.

A visitation will take place at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose on Friday, April 22nd, 2022 from 10:00 am until service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 12 noon with burial following in the Church Cemetery.

Mr. Buster is survived by his wife of 9 years: Rachel Dunaway Fagan; brother: Kent Fagan (Katrina); sister: Kim Lance (Jack); sisters-in-law: Renee Dunaway, Rhonda Dunaway, and Ramona Dunaway; nieces: Kristin Fagan Moran (Chris), and Shelby Lance; nephews: Travis Lance (Stacy), Tyler Lance (Aubree), Grady Fagan, Kevin McClendon, and Jeff McClendon; 2 great nieces; 4 great nephews; 2 step-daughters; and 8 grandchildren.

Buster was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph Grady Fagan and Laura Lee Vinet Fagan; brother: Todd Fagan; grandparents: Eunice and Nancy Vinet, and Grady and Ada Lee Fagan.

He enjoyed watching cooking shows, going out to eat, fairs, festivals, and Mardi Gras; and was a past King of Versailles. He enjoyed presenting at and attending dog shows and being with his fur babies; Kamryn and Luca. Mrs. Rachel said ‘He was my best friend for 35 years; and accepted my family as if they were his own, especially his “sweetheart”, my sister, Ramona”. He had the biggest heart and would help anyone he could; always spreading goodwill where he could.
