Peggy Seago Cenac, a native and resident of Houma, died peacefully on Thursday, August 9, 2012.
A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until service time, 11 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Mulberry Baptist Church. A burial will follow in the St. Francis #2 Mausoleum.
She is survived by her husband, A.R. "Wootsie" Cenac, two sons, Danny Charles Finucane and Frank Lloyd Finucane, six step children, numerous nieces and nephews, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, 14 step grandchildren, and five step great-grandchildren, also two brothers, Calude R. and John E. Seago, and two sisters, Anieta Ann Seago Hebert, and Martha Seago Guillotte.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Francis "Frank" Finucane, parents, Claude Alonzia Seago and Margurite Chevalier Seago.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Mulberry Baptist Church of the American Cancer Society .
She was a parishioner of Mulberry Baptist Church.
