Pearline Ledet

Pearline "Mrs. Pearl" V. Ledet, 85, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on July 15, 2017. Visitation will take place on Thursday July 20, 2017 at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano from 12 pm until service time. Funeral services will be held in the parlor beginning at 2 pm with burial following in Cheramie Cemetery.

Mrs. Pearl is survived by her children; Joyce D. Adams husband Carl, Anita D. Anselmi husband Gary, Katherine D. Anselmi, Patricia D. Jarreau husband Mike, Lincoln M. Dardar wife Angelene, Linton A. Dardar wife Liz, Melissa L. Bourgeois husband Tommy, Terri Ledet and Jody L. Cook husband Carl, 29 grandchildren,65 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren, sister Gloria Jarreau husband Charles, and brother Jay Verdun wife Earline.

Mrs. Ledet was preceded in death by first husband Lincoln M. Dardar, second husband Lionel P. Ledet Jr., children; Alberta Dardar, son-in-law Kurt J. Anselmi, parents Mertyle and Francoise B. Verdun, siblings; Levi Verdun, Alfreda Richoux, Harris Verdun, Lorina Holmes, Viness Verdun, and Laura Mae Billiot, and her favorite rooster; Big Daddy.

People came from all over for her fresh baked bread and her Tat a'La' Bouielle pies. She loved her children and everybody around her and she showed it by cooking for them.
