Pearl Bourg Bergeron, 90, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, passed away at 2:48 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by daughter-in-law, Virginia P. Bergeron; one son, Ralph Boudreaux Jr. and wife, Mazie D. Boudreaux; five grandchildren, David Bergeron Jr., Todd Bergeron, Penny Boudreaux Trahan, Pamela Boudreaux Trahan and Patricia Boudreaux Westercamp; and 12 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Boudreaux Sr.; second husband, Eddie L. Bergeron, parents, Adam (Don) Bourg and Alida Ledet Bourg; son, David (Rock) Bergeron Sr.; and two brothers, Lavis A. Bourg Sr. and Milton Folse Sr.
She was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
The family would like to thank Haydel Memorial Hospice and it's fine staff. Also a special thanks to Barbara Bergeron, Rosemary Bergeron, Donnelle Truxillo, JoAnn Duroche, Gay Hebert and Tammy Cedotal.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
