Pauline Hackman "Polly" Duhe, 76, a native of Des Allemands and resident of Ponchatoula passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017.

Visitation will be held at Des Allemands Mennonite Church on Tuesday, October 10th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Des Allemand Mennonite Cemetery.

Polly is survived by her daughters, Caroline Smatana, Lynette Duhe and Fara (James) Flick; brothers, Gordon Hackman, Robert Hackman and Lester Hackman, Jr.; sister, Frances Wood; granddaughter, Madeleine Flick.

Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Duhe; parents, Lester and Mabel Wenger Hackman.

Polly was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Ponchatoula and 1st Baptist Church of Chalmette. Polly enjoyed singing in the choir, volunteering at Our Daily Bread and helping with Sunday School nursey at 1st Baptist Church. Polly loved spending time with her granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to National Aphasia Association, Westside Baptist Church in Ponchatoula or 1st Baptist Church in Chalmette.
